Job summary
You will serve as a SECRETARY in the G-1 Division of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Major duties
You will submit allocations for allocations for professional training enhancement and type correspondence packages related to personnel records and technical education. You will coordinate with higher echelon commands and sections regarding professional development, training sources and commendatory documentation. You will files forms, correspondence, training records and reports and screen documents prior to distribution. You will maintain excel training database to expedite extraction of both postal and personnel information. You will type mandatory correspondence for the Postal Officer, Postal Chief, and others in the organization You will incoming calls to ascertain the nature of requests and directing the callers to appropriate staff. You will maintain and coordinate schedules for visitation to the postal facility and personnel.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of general experience in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. Education
