About the Position: Position is located at US Army Cadet Command, Headquarters, 6th Brigade, Jackson State, Jackson, MS.
Major duties
Provide sound advice on subject such as recruiting, retention, and incentives management. Responsible for the development and execution of recruiting plans. Responsible for gathering, identifying and analyzing recruiting program issues ensuring that programs function effectively and effectively. Make recommendations to correct deficient program issues. Participate in recruiting activities in pre-selected areas in an effort to increase public awareness of the ROTC program.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-09. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Change Management Problem Solving Product Evaluation Writing Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-09).
Education
