Job summary

You will serve as a Real Property Accountable Officer in the Asset Management Division, Public Works Department of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Major duties

You will apply expert working knowledge of Facility Requirements and Asset Management Engine (FRAME) and Internet Navy Facility Assets Data Store (INFADS). You will run queries and work with spreadsheets using Microsoft products. You will provide technical recommendations/solutions to complex problems and anticipate and overcome obstacles to achieve a timely and positive outcome. You will leverage familiarity with the P-78, Real Property Guidebook and the real property measuring guidebook, and the UFC-200 to evaluate real property. You will develop detailed planning for an interdisciplinary team to conduct fence line to fence line asset evaluations at any of the shore installation within the area of responsibility. You will develop Plan of Actions and Milestones for projects and use spreadsheets to track progress toward project completion. You will ensure effective communication and coordination between the Public Works Department Staff and other stake holder as appropriate. You will develop detailed warning orders outlining goals and deadlines for a team visit and support needed by a Public Works Department or Region.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying expert working knowledge of Facility Requirements and Asset Management Engine (FRAME) and Internet Navy Facility Assets Data Store (INFADS); 2) Running queries and working with spread sheets using Microsoft products; 3) Providing technical recommendations/solutions to complex problems and anticipate and overcome obstacles to achieve a timely and positive outcome; 4) Leveraging familiarity with the P-78, Real Property Guidebook and the real property measuring guidebook, and the UFC-200 to evaluate real property; 5) Developing detailed planning for an interdisciplinary team to conduct fence line to fence line asset evaluations at any of the shore installation within the area of responsibility; 6) Developing Plan of Actions and Milestones for projects and using spreadsheets to track progress toward project completion.
