Job summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANGER in the Support Equipment (SE) Department, Common and Commercial Systems Division, Aircraft Handling SE, Tool Control and Mobile Maintenance Facilities (MMF) Branch in the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER ACFT DIV of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Major duties

You will provide centralized management to assure associated products and services are delivered on schedule, within budget, are fully supported and perform according to documented technical requirements throughout their life cycle You will develop, coordinate and monitor program budgets, delivery schedules and program objectives. Justify, controls, and monitor all work and funding expenditures. You will collaborate with branch managers to determine resource requirements to execute program. Participate in technical meetings, conferences and program management reviews (PMR). You will manage program execution against cost, schedule and performance objectives and thresholds. You will track and manage program risks and brief leadership on program status, risks and recommended courses of action to mitigate risk and opportunities for improvement. You will chair technical meetings and lead a multidisciplined team which executes the program’s cost, technical support, and schedule requirements You will provides guidance to personnel in executing the project and resolve all program issues, as required, or elevates issues in a timely fashion You will serve as liaison with PMA 260 headquarters and equipment contractors and support contractors tasked with supporting the program. You will provide program management and Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) functions for the acquisition, fielding and sustainment of platforms and Aircraft Handling SE.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
