Job summary

About the Position: Serves as Program Manager providing analytical and management support to privatized housing managers. The position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Organization prefers resumes no longer than five pages. A relocation incentive may be authorized IAW agency policy.

Major duties

Oversee housing related management decision execution packages (MDEPS) for the privatized housing program. Implement a variety of private sector approaches to manage, construct, and renovate the on-post Housing inventory. Develop detailed privatized housing program project plans, tasks, and schedules. Provide feedback to leadership via meetings, briefings, reports and/or audits.

Specialized experience is defined as collaborating with multiple stakeholders at varying echelons to complete tasks; providing technical advice/assistance regarding housing program initiatives including but not limited to historic housing, utilities, and energy initiatives; developing requirements/timelines to execute portfolio oversight of privatized, government-owned/controlled family and/or unaccompanied housing programs; developing info papers and/or presentations to brief stakeholders on portfolio status and significant developments; and writing senior leader level reports on housing projects (such as government-owned/controlled, privatized family and unaccompanied) objectives and/or outcomes to inform leadership decisions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Manages and Organizes Information Project Management Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).

Education

Evaluations
