Job summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned (MCCLL) section of the Analysis and Assessments Branch (A&AB) in the Policy and Standards Division (PSD) of Training and Education Command (TECOM).

Major duties

You will develop and implement the annual Marine Corps Lessons Learned Collection Campaign Plan by providing lead analysis and facilitation support during the Campaign Plan Working Group. You will collaborate with and support the collection team during the collection planning phase and assist the teams in the development of collection planning documents. You will mine and conduct analysis on large volumes of collected and archived lessons learned information and identify positive trends (best practices) for reinforcement and negative trends (issues) for resolution. You will provide analysis support for and respond to requests for information (RFI), response to higher headquarters formal taskers and development of information papers.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: develops and implements education lessons learned collection by providing lead analysis and facilitation support during the planning phase related to information and the drafting validation, and production of written analytical products associated with the information.
