Job summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT GROUP, BATTLESPACE, ENG, ANALYSIS, SIM AND TEST DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Major duties

You will serve as an NAWCWD representative entry point to C3F. You will provide technical support to the San Diego Military Region. You will coordinate on-site (China Lake) weapons live fire testing support with identified commands. You will coordinate the development of Primary Warfare Commander Netted Fires applications and tools that facilitate the end-to-end utilization of netted fires across the enterprise.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next pay band (DA-05) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Working with fleet, program offices and across commands; 2) Briefing high level personnel; 3) Working with sponsors, customers and stakeholders; such as Office of Naval Research, Weapons Program Managers, PMAs, Naval Command and Control Systems, etc. 4) Understanding of US Naval Strategy, integrated priority list (IPLs) CONOPS, CONEMPs, NTTPs, TACMEMOs, and Innovation proposals. 5) Mentoring and training junior personnel; 6) Creating white papers and briefing.
