Job summary
You will serve as a PRODUCTION BUSINESS RESOURCES SPEC in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES WORKFORCE DIVISION of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Major duties
You will conduct analysis and evaluation on effectiveness of business activities, strategic planning, human capital plans, administrative, personnel and travel support programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance with federal laws and regulations, providing technical guidance regarding human capital or business administrative procedures You will be responsible for annual review of Department directives, memos, instructions, etc. to ensure alignment with Record keeping guidance and requirements You will provide advice and guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with production program requirements. You will support special projects and initiatives and perform special assignments by analyzing facts and perform appropriate research and prepares detailed responses.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, coordinating and evaluating human capital or business administrative programs (e.g. staffing, travel, organizational planning, and personnel) to identify program issues and recommend solutions for organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR Successful completion of LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
