Job summary

You will serve as a Port Services Analyst in the Port Operations Department of NAVAL STATION EVERETT.

Major duties

You will audit monthly statements of accounts for financial accuracy and accountability of recurring and review of documentation to ensure compliance with agency regulations. You will develop or submit annual funding requirements for assigned systems and programs. You will prepare travel vouchers for group and individual travelers.

Qualification

For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Perform proper procedures in the event of an emergency on small boats, crafts, ships, etc.; 2) Create financial reports using data from credit card purchases or other financial documents; 3) Manage port operations and functions (e.g., tug operations, small boat, pilot or service craft operations, etc.) to assist with berthing operations; and 4) Administers the storefront budget, monitors spending obligations and expenditures.
