Job summary

THIS IS AN INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION This position is part of the IN 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana National Guard under Position Description Number D2573000. If you would like the complete list of duties, please contact the POC of this announcement.

Major duties

The Materiel Section is comprised of Operations, Inspections, and Stockpile Management Elements. Production Section is comprised of Conventional Maintenance, Line-Delivery, Munitions Materiel Handling Equipment and may involve Missile Maintenance. Systems Section is comprised of Munitions Control, Combat Plans, Mobility, and Training and Plans and Scheduling Elements. Complies with safety and security requirements. Complies with all Federal, State, DOD, USAF, and local regulations concerning hazardous materials/waste munitions assets. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification

MILITARY GRADES: E2 through E5 GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience or training which has provided the candidate with the knowledge and application of mechanical and electrical principles and the skill to perform intricate repair and adjustment of hydraulic and pneumatic components and devices. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience or training in repairing, rebuilding, modifying and testing a variety of major subassemblies. Experience in diagnosing malfunctions and determining repair in major components consisting of numerous assemblies, interrelated electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic assemblies, and components. Experience in the use of precision measurement equipment. Experience interpreting and applying a variety of technical manuals and similar published materials. **FWS POSITIONS ONLY**: Specialized Experience Requirements for NGB Federal Wage System Positions for claiming civilian job experience: Creditable experience must have been performed at least 30 consecutive days and be properly documented. Evaluations
