Job summary

You will serve as a MANAGER in the INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.

Major duties

You will provide cognizance over the acquisitions division to include customer advocates, technical project managers and program analysts for the advanced capabilities portfolio. You will direct a cross-discipline team of engineers and technical specialists in accomplishing assigned objectives. You will cross-engineering includes one or more of the following areas: systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, naval architecture, or aerospace engineering. You will require detailed analysis of threat assessments, counter-measures, modeling and simulations, and Intelligence Operations. You will manage and direct the efficient and effective operations of the Acquisition Division which includes directorate level staff.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 pay band (GS-14/15 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing guidance and leadership to develop and implement business planning and analysis strategies to support organizational acquisition efficiencies.
