Job summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Major duties
You will monitor the performance and execution of an evaluation function. You will evaluate the effectiveness of a program in meeting goals and objectives. You will influence managers or other officials to accept findings from organizational analysis. You will develop written process improvement recommendations to align with an organization's vision, goals, policies, and objectives. You will identify and resolve problems in worker-flow, work methods, and procedures to improve organization effectiveness.
Qualification
FOR THE GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Develop detailed plans (short- or long-term range) and management reviews dealing with work measurement, method and procedures, and identify areas of concern. 2. Establishes protocol to provide oversight of new policies and procedures required for execution of defined requirements. 3. Research and metrics from existing or new systems for scheduled/unscheduled data calls required to support program requirements. And 4. Monitor and report to leadership, customers and branch team members on status of meeting established milestones, projects and assigned tasks. FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ???????GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Determine organizational manpower requirements sufficient to meet both long- and short-range goals. 2. Identifies, monitors, and analyzes execution and financial metrics, program and project progress reviews, and reports. 3. Convoys findings and recommendations in meetings and dealings with senior leadership or other personnel.
