Job summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SECTION, MANPOWER BRANCH, MARINE CORPS INDIVIDUAL RESERVE SUPPORT ACTIVITY (MCIRSA) of MARFORRES NOLA.
Major duties
You will review/manage records and various documents regarding complex cases involved with the Voluntary Separation Incentive (VSI) program. You will ensure that all levels of necessary administrative review have been completed to ensure correct incentive payments and contractual obligations are met. You will review data entries in the automated personnel management systems. You will review records and process actions involving complex regulations. You will identify gaps or inconsistencies in the record and initiate action to obtain needed data. You will prepare assignment letters for personnel to conduct preliminary investigations into the delinquency of actions and provide all documents to investigating officials.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: identifying efficiencies and solutions to problem areas affecting operations, interpreting and applying policies that impact operations, and performing analytical work in administrating the success of Civilian and Military Manpower. Education
