Job summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (SAR WF) in the Opportunity, Diversity and Inclusion Branch of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.
Major duties
You will Interpret and implement established statutory mandates set by the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and regulations and requirements set by Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DON), and Marine Corps. You will develop, implement, and monitor policies for the Command based on policies, goals and direction provided by Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) and effectively communicate the policies to all assigned personnel (military and civilians). You will ensure supplemental policy guidance is developed and issued in a timely manner. You will promote proactive initiatives through training, education, and early intervention. You will track, monitor, and report disposition and status of prohibited activities and conduct complaints. You will notify commander of all incidents and notify applicable senior officials of updated status by providing accurate data, clarification, and recommendations for each incident reported. You will build positive/proactive working relationship with internal customers such as the Staff Judge Advocate (SJA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) office, Inspector General (IG) and the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC). You will oversee implementation and execution of advocacy services for personnel.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
