Job summary
You will serve as a Management Analyst at the GG-09 grade level performing supervision, coordinates, evaluates, and executes existing reserve mobilization programs with the primary objective of timely filling the mobilization manpower requirements tasked to the high-demand/low-density Information Warfare Reserve Community, ensuring compliance with current governing directives, policy, and procedural business rules at the Naval Information Force Reserve.
Major duties
You will assist with preparing, publishing, and archiving reports for use by leaders within the organization using standard productivity software and file sharing portals. You will learn to review applications from mobilization volunteers to determine their experience and fitness for desired jobs. You will serve as a Command Civilian Drug Program Coordinator. You will ensure the Command is compliant with all Drug Free Workplace program policy and procedures. You will communicate daily with higher headquarters and subordinate organizations on routine mobilization actions. You will make recommendations to higher grade specialists for changes/ modifications in work performed by others to insure uniformity of results of such analyses. You will advertise routine, quick fill, and emergent mobilization opportunities to Reserve Force.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: Performing difficult assignments associated with the analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations or the productivity and efficiency of management processes in the organization. Collecting, reviewing, interpreting, evaluating, integrating, and providing information and data from specified resources required for reports and presentations. Assisting with preliminary reviews of local and external manpower and mobilization directives for technical accuracy.
