Job summary
You will serve as an Intelligence Analyst on a Cyber Protection Team performing complex intelligence analysis and production tasks for your assigned area of responsibility. You will analyze and evaluate complex information from a variety of sources in preparation for defense against potential cyber intrusions. This postion is located at U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND in Fort Meade, MD.
Major duties
You will develop networks, build alliances, and collaborate across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals. You will use advanced verbal and written communication techniques to prepare and present briefings on assigned area for senior executives. You will apply principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing projects and resources, including technical performance. You will identify a need for and know where or how to gather information, as well as being able to obtain, evaluate, organize, and maintain information. You will plan and carry out all assignments necessary to process all-source material and produce pertinent intelligence in your assigned area to meet organization needs.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1. Analyze and evaluate complex information from a variety of sources in preparation for defense against potential cyber intrusions; 2. Prepare new or revise previous analyses, assessments, or other top level cyber intelligence products to present to senior leadership; 3. Maintain liaison with other intelligence agencies and operational forces and represent the command at local, national, and international working groups and meetings.
