Job summary

Major duties

You will assist skilled and semi-skilled trade workers by performing the simpler duties of the trade, i.e., obtaining tools, plans and materials. You will assist others in performing trade tasks such as disassembly, repair, and assembly of components; preparation, coating or removal of materials from surfaces; removal, fitting, and installation of piping. You will assist others in performing trade tasks such as handling, storing and disposing of materials.

Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.
