Job summary
You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Vice President for Business Affairs of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Major duties
You will ensure that work is completed correctly, that the quality is acceptable, and that maintenance issues are managed in a timely manner. You will identifiy deficiencies, forecasts requirements, and prepares facility and services budget for AOR. You will evaluate facility management and service support concepts, plans, and procedures. Identifies and resolves facility and service suppo1i problems and deficiencies. You will personally use processes, procedures, equipment, tools, cleaners, and coatings to ensure resources assigned to the AOR arc maintained in a pristine condition as possible. You will develop and submits work orders, statements of work, contracting specifications and related information and documentation. You will serve as the on site task manager for contracted housekeeping services provided to their AOR.
Qualification
GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector overseeing and/or performing maintenance and maintenance management functions (preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance) and general ground, equipment, and housekeeping services for the assigned area of responsibility (AOR), and Identify deficiencies, forecasts requirements, and prepare facility and services budget for AOR. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in performing maintenance and maintenance management functions (preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance) and general ground, equipment, and housekeeping services for the assigned area of responsibility (AOR), and Identify deficiencies, forecasts requirements, and prepare facility and services budget for AOR. Education
