Job summary
The Yukon Club is a wonderful addition to Eielson AFB. This position will be assigned to the Ben's Den at the Yukon Club. Come help be apart of the successful private parties, squadron functions and special affairs. Incumbent must be 21+ years of age. Work schedule subject but not limited to: Thursday - Sunday 8:30am - 4:30pm OR 3:00pm - 1:00am Holidays and Special Events as needed. APPLICATIONS WILL BE PULLED ON THURSDAYS AT 8:00AM UNTIL POSITION IS FILLED.
Major duties
Carries supplies and equipment, such as liquors, fruits, ice, glasses, linens and silverware from storage areas to the bar. Slices and peels fruit. Fills ice bins and crushes ice. Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifying Experience: No previous training or experience is required Ability to follow simple oral instructions, and be able to use knives and automatic slicers to prepare garnishes. Ability to frequently lift objects weighing 5 to 15 pounds, pull and push objects weighing 10 to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift up to and over 40 pounds..
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
