The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared STEM Outreach Specialist – Training Instructor/Facilitator for our program at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. If you are looking for a new opportunity for growth CACI would like to speak with you.
Responsibilities:
This position directly supports the customer in all functionality aspects
You will work directly with the customer, organizational partners, community leaders and school student’s grades 1st-12th Introduce and promote STEM Engagement throughout the local community
You will provide hands-on support by preparing, developing and executing both annual and ad-hoc programs, both on and off Aberdeen Proving Ground throughout the year
You will assist the customer in maintaining monthly, quarterly and annual tracking of program engagement activities and details
You will assist the customer in recruiting support from SME’s within organizational directorates for STEM Engagements throughout the community
Continue to assist the customer in cultivating close working relationships within C5ISR Center and among sister organizations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
BS or BA
Ability to obtain interim Security Clearance at time of hire
Must be able to maintain active clearance
Ability to pass CJIS background check
Ability to work in fast paced environment with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively engage with organizational leadership, stakeholders and community members
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
Desired:
BS or BA in a STEM field, Communications or Education
Active Secret
Master’s Degree

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$48,300 - 96,600 USD
