The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The People Services Clearance Processing Team is seeking an experienced Security Clearance Processing Team Lead.

What You Will Do

• Conduct Daily operational standups to ensure team meets SLA/business needs. 
• Team lead provides operational guidance on areas of risk and breached SLAs to ensure overall operational success.
• Act as first level of escalation for concerns/process issues.
• Provide day to day operational guidance to the team, adhering to the Clearance Processing Center standard work.
• Assign new cases to clearance specialists utilizing ServiceNow and ensure execution of new processes within the Clearance Processing Center
• Responsible for ServiceNow escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Train and support new hires onboarding into the Clearance Processing Center Organization
• Ensure process documentation including standard work, job operating instructions, the Clearance Processing Center guide is kept up to date as security clearance processes change to reflect various government requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• 1+ year of experience using government systems needed for the processing of security clearances (DISS, NBIS)
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Master’s Degree
• Past work experience in a leadership role
• National Industrial Security Program experience and expertise with work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence, Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel
• Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism along with exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
