HybridThe Automation & Precision Navigation Business area is seeking a motivated Program Management Analyst to participate in day-to-day operations that include support to strategic new business capture and general office administration. There is a wide array of tasks for this position to ensure efficient and consistent business operations and progress toward key business pursuits. As a Program Management Analyst, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the program staff in a variety of taskings.
What You Will Do:
• Lead projects and tasks crucial for achieving key pursuit timelines and progress.
• Shadow Program Management staff and perform designated tasks.
• Assist with meeting preparation, including report generation/review.
• Prepare spreadsheets, analyze proposals, and support review meetings.
• Work with cross functional teams to develop program plans.
• Lead a business improvement projects and present to leadership.
What You Will Learn:
• The position is a great opportunity to learn operations and program management skills, as well as gain exposure to multi-level leadership and a variety of other programs within the sub-mission area.
• Leadership and business support to new business capture, which will include collaboration with other companies, briefing to business leadership, and ownership of responsibilities that are critical to achieving new business goals.
• Learn with different teams and partner with leadership and other departments including engineering, finance, supply chain, business development and others.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
• Project Management or Six Sigma Certification
• Earned Value Management experience
• Proficient using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
