Position Summary

As we continue to grow and push the boundaries of excellence in aviation, we're looking for a proactive and results-driven Production Planner to join our Manufacturing Planning Department. This dynamic role allows you to be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that we maintain our high standards while driving efficiency and accuracy.
Your mission
- Production orders creation & monitoring: Generate and verify production orders using the manufacturing bill of material and define raw materials, work centers, and labor efforts for manufacturing steps.
- Purchasing requisitions & material planning: Manage purchasing requisitions, considering material quantities, waste, and supply needs for on-time production.
- Production order execution: Release and coordinate production orders based on project schedules, ensuring alignment with shops capabilities.
- Collaboration across departments: Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure production schedules are met with precision.
- Manufacturing Strategy Evaluation: Evaluate in-house production capabilities vs. outsourcing to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Risk management & follow-up: Track and manage Purchase Orders, proactively addressing any risks to delivery schedules.
- Change management: Ensure smooth implementation of Engineering Change Notes and revisions in production.
- Continuous improvement: Update internal MRP tools and processes ensuring a continuous improvement approach to improve efficiency.

Your profile
- Technical certificate / bachelor's in manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge in reading technical drawings and familiarity with aviation regulations.
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems and 3D CAD (Teamcenter, NX, AutoCAD), knowledge in SAP modules (MM, PP) is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Power BI, Excel, or SharePoint is a plus.
- Programming VBA Script is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams across different cultures.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Innovative thinking with a broad, global perspective.
