We have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.The PMO Planning and Controls Analyst plays a significant part in the Planning and Monitoring/Controlling Process Groups within Project Management. The Project Planner will team-up with the Project Manager to form a cadence of actions and reviews that will help the project teams perform to the project's requirements and deliverables, on time and within budget.
In this role, tasks include schedule creation, schedule updates, schedule variance analysis, schedule and cost integration, Earned Value Management and analysis, change management, resource demand profiles, multiple reporting documents and project dashboard reviews.
Role details include creating, updating, and analyzing Schedules in various tools like Open Plan and MS Project, with a sound cadence of reviewing the Critical Path to meet the projects deliverables. The PMO Analyst will also manage Cost integration into our Earned Value Management System and track/analyze/report performance to our baseline. There will be a set of monthly reports that will be sent out to keep our internal customers informed of project status regarding schedule and cost performance.
