Raytheon is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support a global data management project.  This role will support creation of the project strategy and goals by creating, fostering, and maintaining a culture of knowledge sharing, leveraging data/content, and business improvement.  This role is necessary to harness relationships between people, process, technology and using those relationships to create, apply, organize, and transfer knowledge, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and collaboration.

For this role, the ideal candidate will:

Possess business management experience and past performance in successfully in applying creative problem solving, design thinking, disruptive innovation, process management/design, benchmarking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, rate of innovation, and related concepts, principles, and practices to a program of similar size and scope.

Experience analyzing, innovating, and maintaining conventional office work systems/business processes using Microsoft Office and other authorized software solutions.

Possess skills, knowledge and familiarity with Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or Organization Management

Establish ad hoc and standard reports to stimulate analytics and data affecting decisions

Define and gather business needs

Possess experience in applying performance management/ measurement, strategic planning, research, and analysis, change management, and behavioral science concepts, principles, and practices

Have a Bachelors Degree and 5 years relevant experience or 8 years experience without a degree

A large, multifaceted program is searching for a Software Configuration Manager(SWCM) to follow the basic principles of Configuration Management. S/He will establish and maintain integrity for all digital products throughout the entire life cycle. The individual will provide support the development team in providing innovative solutions through automation, continuous improvement, and common architecture.  The person in this role will be part of a skilled workforce providing support for all digital computing products, legacy and emerging.

The SWCM department is looking for a full-time and on-site - Software Configuration Management Engineer, located on-site in Northern VA.

Responsibilities to Anticipate

Design, plan, enforce and coordinate CM processes and procedures

Configuration Planning & Identification

Change Management & Version Control

Status Accounting & Configuration Audits

Product Release

Manage digital product development libraries

Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build and versioning

SWCM Tool administration / manage all access to the source code repository (i.e. AWS CodeCommit / Git)

Administer/manage SecDevOps tools

Facilitate the Digital Change Review Board (DCRB)

Maintain familiarity with program schedule, identifying risks and aligning work to promote reuse and efficiency

 Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required.

Experience with version control and change management tool(s)

Software Configuration Management technology, Information Technology (IT), and/or development experience

Solid proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office

The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Value:

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
