About the role

The position will report primarily to the Operations Manager and will be working very closely with the Operations, Sales and Technical teams in the US, while also connecting with colleagues headquartered in AU. This position is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a desire to develop their career in a fast-growing ASX defense technology company.

Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations 

  • Receiving components
  • Kitting of Manufacturing Orders
  • Pick and pack of outgoing shipments
  • Inventory control
  • Stock take
  • Preparing and uploading of Final Quality Check documentation
  • Completing ad-hoc inventory tasks
  • Office administration
  • General housekeeping

Qualifications, Experience and Skills 

  • US Citizen
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a production environment
  • Experience with Odoo or similar ERP system preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to lift and move 40lbs
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team
  • Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and handle pressure
  • Clear communication (both verbal and written)
  • Can do” attitude and willingness to help with a variety of tasks, including occasional tasks unrelated to the core role.

While some experience (1-3 years post education) is helpful, this role is also open to graduates.
