Program Analyst

At GDIT, people are our differentiators. We're seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to provide a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of our Program Support Center (PSC) functional area.
HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Manage the publication and maintenance process of GDIT's company-level document set (policies, procedures, and Instructions) in keeping with corporate record retention policies, in accordance with the company's best practices regarding document and knowledge management.
- Support the policy documentation needs of internal/ external audits.
- Act as facilitator in multi-functional deliverables by organizing and chairing meetings, producing meeting minutes, and managing action item logs.
- Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet requirements for assigned project.
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that cost and schedule objectives are met.
- Participate in team meetings, teleconferences, working group meetings, and program assessments.
- Maintaining PSC's pages on the GDIT intranet.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on a variety of internal/ operational projects and initiatives to help GDIT execute flawlessly.
- Drive the mission by assisting our PSC team leads and program community in a variety of administrative and analytical tasks.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (additional years of experience in lieu of degree can be considered)
- Required Experience: 2+ years of general/ administrative experience
- Security Clearance Level: N/A
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills are required.
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency (Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Power Point, etc.)
- Experience using SharePoint (preferably creating and managing metadata, lists, and permissions)
- Scheduling and Budget management experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
