Position Summary
Step into a role where your avionics expertise makes a real difference at Jet Aviation. We're looking for a licensed Avionics Engineer who's hands-on, safety-minded, and takes pride in doing the job right. You'll handle avionics repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting within your license scope - making sure every task meets the highest safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards.
Your role
- Lead and execute avionics maintenance: Perform repairs and modifications aligned with EASA regulations, company standards, and project goals.
- Champion safety and compliance: Proactively spot and report risks, fostering a safe and responsible work environment.
- Keep accurate digital records: Use SAP and internal tools to track defects and maintenance progress in real time.
- Engage in daily team briefings: Stay aligned with priorities and task assignments from leadership.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate: Work seamlessly with project teams, planners, mechanics, and stakeholders to keep operations smooth.
- Support your team across all maintenance phases: Step in on base, line, RMU, and completion activities as necessary.
- Own your documentation: Complete and submit job cards and timesheets accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain open dialogue and promptly raise concerns: Keep supervisors informed and address issues quickly.

Your profile
- EASA Part-66 B2 licensed engineer with at least one type rating on Dassault Falcon or Gulfstream aircraft.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Avionics Technician.
- Technical diploma (associate degree or 3-year technical education).
- Experience with Cabin IFE/CMS and communication systems is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of avionics systems and aircraft maintenance documentation.
- Understanding of EASA regulations, aviation authority standards, and release processes.
- Proficient in SAP ERP or similar systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good technical English (written/spoken); capable of interpreting AMMs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
