About the Position: This Program Manager (Tech Support) is located at U.S. Army Operational Test Command, Intelligence Electronic Warfare Test Directorate (IEWTD) with duty location of Fort Huachuca, Arizona. (merit)
Major duties
Determine objectives of work to be accomplished by subordinates as Technical Support Division Chief. Provide direction for areas such as the development, integration, cost, scheduling, performance, installation, verification, checkout, and testing of the broad spectrum of technology projects, data collection systems and weapons systems under test. Resolve problems in the field to develop fundamental new concepts. Serve as Contracting Officer Representative for assigned contracts to coordinate contractual issues with the contracting officers.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
