Job summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST COMPTROLLER DEPT BUDGET DIV of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Major duties
You will advise on work in any of the phases of budget or financial execution You will review and evaluate budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations, implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. You will advise on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. You will set priorities and schedules work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work. You will provide technical and administrative oversight, advice and instruction, resolves employee complaints, referring series complaints lacking resolution to higher level.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialized experience. Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations to implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. Providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. Providing advising of Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) principles, theories, concepts, and practices to ensure that financial execution is producing accurate results across a variety programs. Leading a variety of financial and workload functions and providing advice, guidance and assistance to personnel on procedures or processes related to industrial NWCF workload, budget, execution, and other related financial management work.
