Job summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development & Acquisition) Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO).

Major duties

You will be developing, staffing, and interpreting disclosure policy in support of international programs and other security cooperation efforts. You will provide supporting information to the Department of the Navy Member and Alternate Members to the National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDPC). You will prepare and present briefings and papers on program information to leadership and outside organizations. You will represent the Navy's disclosure position to outside activities such as the State Department, other Military Departments, Low Observable/Counter Low Observable and inter-agency groups, as appropriate. You will provide advice and guidance on the disclosure of classified and unclassified information to foreign governments and international organizations. You will manage the Department of the Navy role within the OSD Foreign Visits System. You will oversee the delegation of disclosure authority to other Department of the Navy activities. You will lead the NIPO Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure Division's International Agreements Disclosure and Foreign Visits Branch.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with Export Administration Act (EAA) and Arms Control Act (AECA) and implementing regulations to include Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Experience with National Disclosure Policy (NDP), the structure of the National Disclosure Policy Committee (NDPC) and associated procedures. Experience with DOD and DON weapon systems and organization, and associated program management, acquisition processes, regulations, and procedures.
