Job summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the MATERIAL READINESS DEPT of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA in Keyport, WA

Major duties

You will serve as a Site Director responsible for leadership, management, and planning and execution of material readiness operations at one of two large NSLC Material Readiness Sites. You will plan, develop, implement, and manage effective and affordable product support of Operating Materials and Supplies throughout the material lifecycle, from procurement through disposition. You will enable product supportability during both procurement and sustainment phases of NAVSEA sponsored systems through receipt, storage, inventory, quality control, issue, distribution and transportation of material. You will lead a team of subject matter experts responsible for the coordination of all supply chain management functions as well as Purchase Request and Asset Management processes in Navy ERP. You will generate and analyze metrics and reports to ensure proper ERP transactions, and corresponding physical tasks, are executed in a timely manner to ensure accountability is maintained.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing integrated logistics management for the acquisition of materials, products, or services in support of development, maintenance, or in-service engineering of a warfare system.
