Job summary

You will serve as a RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the RANGES TRGTS OPS INSTRMTN AND LABS GROUP, THREAT/THREAT SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Major duties

You will be responsible for providing oversight of the organization as it relates to physical, personnel, and information security. You will establish and enforce security policies as outlined by NAWCWD Command regulations and higher level directives. You will perform monthly security audits of the ATSO organization and verify security policies and procedures are in place and are relevant to the operation, and current with the latest Navy/DOD regulations. You will identify, research, and provide solutions to security issues specific to Airborne Threat Simulation Division (ATSO) Operations. Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Implementing Security Policies, Instructions and Directives as they pertain to the safe guarding of information and physical spaces; 2) Administering & applying Naval Occupational Safety and Heath (NAVOSH) Policies, Instructions and Directives as they pertain to maintaining a safe working environment; 3) Managing and Leading a Security and Occupational Safety division program and implementing direction/guidance throughout an organization; 4) Managing the inventory property program and policies and coordinating property management efforts throughout a division.
