About United States Army Futures Command
This position is scheduled to transfer to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in accordance with the provisions of Section 711(b) and 737 of FY 2019/2020 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Job summary
This position is in Benet Labs located within the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center which serves as the Army's technology leader for armament systems. DEVCOM AC ensures dominance of Army capabilities by researching, developing, integrating and delivering technology-enabled armament solutions to our Warfighters. Armaments Center has a long tradition as the primary research and development center for armament systems which are in use by U.S. service members.
Major duties
Experience in supporting the compliance and regulations related to multiple organizational programs in area such as Safety, Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Operational Security Level II, and Mission Assurance. Applies comprehensive knowledge of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to organizational programs. Ability to lead a team of stakeholders from across an organization and external to the organization with a common area of specialty Ability to support and coordinate with other organizations’ Safety Requirements, Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Operational Security Level II, Mission Assurance, and other protection programs Collaborates with the Information Security Officer, Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), and others to integrate holistic recommendations and program modifications or changes. Expresses information to individuals or large groups, such as senior leadership, effectively.
