Job summary
You will serve as a GG-0340-15 Program Manager at the OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE. As the Director, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Mission Support Directorate (N4), you will provide senior oversight and management of effective business processes and procedures in the Mission Support Department (N4), Installation Operations Department (N41), and Multimedia Department (N42).
Major duties
You will provide oversight and supervision to civilian, military, and contractor employees involving 12 distinctly different functions with an annual operating budget in excess of $17 million. You will develop goals, objectives, work plans, or strategies in compliance with an organization’s strategic plan, mission, vision, and values. You will develop new approaches and implementation methodologies when existing guidelines and procedures do not facilitate mission accomplishment and/or support executive leadership goals and objectives. You will conduct liaison and interaction with senior representatives of the U.S. Navy Facilities Command, Suitland Federal Center tenants, General Services Administration, and National Maritime Intelligence Center facility tenant commands. You will manage and direct tasking, admin support, training and development, performance appraisals and awards processing, workforce communications, and budget execution/program planning. You will ensure execution of daily facility requirements that support the workforce environment, and directly support new and evolving facilities improvements, renovations and repair to include multiple commands and agencies. You will directly support new and evolving visual processes to include support to the Director Naval Intelligence, Chief of Naval Operations and to decision makers at the congressional and National levels.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as: 1. Provide directorate-level management, oversight, and supervision to civilian, military, and contractor employees. 2. Manage and direct tasking, administrative support, training & development, performance appraisals & awards processing, workforce communications, and budget execution/program planning. 3. Ensure funding is properly allocated and executed to meet workplace and workforce priorities. 4. Conduct liaison and interaction with senior representatives across the organization.
