Job summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM INTEGRATION DIVISION of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.

Major duties

You will serve as representative for the coordination of Student Input Planning requirements and Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process across Learning Centers and the OPNAV Resource Sponsors’ manpower, personnel and training organizations. You will serve as the principal NETC point of contact to interface with staff officers across various OPNAV Resource Sponsors, Enterprises System Commanders, and Program Sponsors on NTSP and various training issues. You will establish organizational relationships, communication and dialogues with appropriate CNO offices, OPNAV stakeholders, SYSCOMS, field offices and agencies that are directly involved in the acquisition process. You will monitor, track and support initiatives for current and projected training programs.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution process; 2) Developing Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) funding requirements in accordance with organization mission and objectives; 3) Justifying resource requirements needed to support training programs; and 4) Tracking resources to sustain existing training programs and initiatives.
