Job summary

About the position: This position is located at the Saber Pet Lodge, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Must be able to work days, mornings/afternoons/evenings, and holidays/weekends as scheduled. Military Spouse Preference is not lost if selected for this position.

Major duties

The primary purpose of this position is to perform full range of duties as the Office Automation Clerk in the Pet Spa and Kennel. The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Receives and relays incoming and outgoing phone calls, inquiries and schedules appointments. Transmit and receive documents/messages using computer or workstation. Types a variety of correspondence such as; messages, memorandums, general info, announcements/updates on the facility social media page. Receives and checks in customers, verifies information, checks medical records and contracts. Collects and records charges, vaccine records, prepares contracts. Maintains medical records and administrative records using an automated system. Performs inventory of supplies and equipment. Performs full range of cash management and accountability such as operating a register, handles monetary transactions, cash control paperwork, cashier reports, cash deposits, and maintains reports.
