Job summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major duties
You will arrange and file records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. You will operate basic office equipment (e.g., printers, optical scanners, fax machines, calculator, copier) to complete tasks. You will compose documents (e.g., reports, memorandums, correspondence) to provide written responses to requests. You will create reports or documents using Microsoft Office Products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access) for office automation duties You will prepare written notifications to remind staff and customers of meetings, trainings, and other important events.
Qualification
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing front office receptionist duties (e.g., greet, screen, check-in visitors) to provide customer service;2) Schedule internal/external customers visiting or calling;3) Preparing agendas notifying participants of time and place of scheduled meetings;4) Arranging the meetings and conferences; maintaining and monitoring the appointment schedules for management;5) Managing travel arrangements (e.g., travel documents, travel orders, security clearance, hotel transportation reservations) to maintain stall punctuality for events and.
