Job summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Assistant in the Fleet Logisitcs Center of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.
Major duties
You will create and prepare official letters and correspondence. You will serve as the primary site Mail Orderly. You will coordinate all IT trouble calls. You will compile and submit monthly reports for telephone usage, vehicle mileage, and population reports. You will provide travel services for the site and serve as entry agent for Defense Travel Services (DTS). You will make all arrangements for appointments.
Qualification
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Managing records, requests, and schedules. 2.) Utilizing excellent teamwork, customer service, and communication skills. 3.) Creating correspondence in accordance with applicable guidance. Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: 4 years above high school or a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
