Job summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Marine Forces Cyberspace Command (MARFORCYBER) ofU S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND . ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
Major duties
You will conduct management studies to identify and resolve critical operating problems in all assigned functional program areas. You will maintain history of all organizational billet changes. You will utilize shared online repository to pull reports, statistical data, and analyze information for leadership stakeholders. You will coordinate and distribute command policies and procedures. You will analyze and monitor programs to identify actual or potential problems, trends and deficiency situations then makes recommendations to correct deficiencies. You will provide direction on general program goals and objectives, as well as local program operational policies.
Qualification
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing civilian/military personnel and manpower programs utilizing strategic planning methods for building organizational structure AND leveraging technology and resources in managing digital systems to pull reports, analyze data and share information across the cyber network enterprise and service coordinating agencies. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in the management of civilian/military personnel and manpower programs utilizing strategic planning methods for building organizational structure AND experience in pulling reports, analyzing data and sharing information across the cyber network enterprise and service coordinating agencies.
