Job summary

You will serve as a Information & Referral Assistant in the Fleet & Family Support Program of NAS SIGONELLA, Italy.

Major duties

You will develop, revise and maintain a database of services to provide referral information to the community. You will provide timely and accurate responses to various inquiries. You will perform all front desk duties. You will serve as the marketing point of contact for all activities by creating flyers, announcements and event calendars. ou will serve as the department credit card holder, tracking and procuring supplies.

Qualification

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. 1) Providing information and resources to clients and customers; 2) Managing a front desk; 3) Responding to various inquiries and referring inquiry as applicable; and 4) Creating and disseminating marketing materials (e.g. events calendars, bulletins, flyers or newsletters).
