Service Center Operations Senior Manager in GAC Palm Beach
Unique Skills:
Ability to understand and Manage the site's P&L.
Ability to work through facility constraints, and effectively communicate with different department stake holders.
Ability to up hold company standards
Manage and run the day to day Operations of a 145 repair station, and meet all the required Civil Aviation Authority regulating a 145.
Under Stand site's training needs, and properly plan yearly training goals and budgets.
Proficient in work order management, with experience dealing with AOG support.

Job Description
- Coordinate customer scheduling with PS scheduling group to ensure competitive downtimes within the Service Center capacity. Manage labor hours to meet Service Center revenue and cost budgets.
- Coordinate hangar operations to achieve labor efficiency objectives and accommodate customer schedules. Instruct subordinates in the efficient and effective use of company resources, work methods and procedures in order to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines. Maintain compliance with Gulfstream Repair Station and FAA Airworthiness Standards.
- Meet with customer representatives to discuss progress of work and problems. .
- Administer corporate and personnel policies and procedures. Appraise performance of subordinates and submit them to next level of management for review.
- Supervise a continuous safety program in hangar area, which includes operation of support equipment, aircraft systems and general housekeeping.
- Participate in improvement initiatives and actively support Lean Six Sigma initiatives. .
- Oversee the training of employees to ensure that employees are aware of and comply with company and government policies, procedures and regulations. .
- Ability to successfully manage profit/loss responsibilities.
- Airframe and Powerplant or pilots license preferred.
- Must have demonstrated leadership ability and possess strong communication skills.
