The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior Strategy and Growth Advisor. In this role you will develop and execute innovative strategies for complex contract growth, with emphasis on IAC MAC, GSA, and Seaport contracts. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and technical expertise to make a significant impact on CACI's future.
You will also be:
• Leading initiatives to diversify CACI's portfolio beyond NSWC Crane
• Building key customer relationships to steer requirements and identify future opportunities
• Collaborating across teams to target new workload and emerging markets
• Defining and communicating growth strategies to capture new business
• Managing the contract pipeline and optimizing resource allocation to improve win probability
• Crafting compelling technical documentation, including white papers, proposals, and task order responses
• Informing acquisition strategies through early customer engagement and market intelligence

Responsibilities:
- Develops and leads strategy for opportunity transitions to existing contracts. Build customer relationships to steer requirements to a contract solution and to gather contract needs for out year opportunities.
- Collaborate with others within the organization to develop cohesive and all-encompassing strategy to target new workload opportunities and growth in new and emerging markets as well as identifying growth opportunities in existing markets.
- Define and communicate growth strategies to lead campaigns to capture new workload and grow CACI footprint and capabilities.
- Identify and assess risk areas related to establishing new business.
- Inform acquisitions to CACI to improve likelihood of success by early customer engagement and communication of acquisition requirements.
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 12 years experience in program management
- Minimum three (3) years (five or more preferred) at GS14 level or greater, with the Department of Defense.
Desired:
- Five (5) years financial management experience in the federal government or federal government contracting space
- Government contract knowledge about IAC MAC and GSA vehicles
- Demonstrated growth of workload portfolio in government or private Industry

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$112,400 - $247,300
