Senior Manager, Project Management

Summary:

The Senior Manager Project Management is responsible forthe successfulmanagement of all MRO projects to be carried out in accordance with the project management methodology, policy, procedure and governance to deliver commercial and compliant outcomes.

The Senior Manager Project Management is a member of the Singapore Leadership Team, providing leadership forthe Project Managementand Billing teams working collaboratively with MRO, Supply Chain, Safety & Compliance and Finance to facilitate the Singapore site to meet identified priorities.





Description/Tasks:

  • Leads the Project Managers to support the monitoring and management of all MRO projects from quote confirmation through to project completion to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Ensures project progress reporting, troubleshooting and commercial management of MRO projects is delivered by the Project Managers
  • Ensures project results meet all requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
  • Leads the Billing team to deliver accurate and timely customer invoices and warranty claims to support the delivery financial outcomes
  • Drives a continuous improvement and quality culture and ensures that employees collaborate effectively with MRO, Supply Chain, Safety and Compliance, Finance across the region and Head Office to assist streamlining processes, systems, tools and delivering to customers
  • Drives a collaborative culture of trust, honesty, alignment, transparency, and performance in line with JET VALUES
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws, aviation regulations, and applicable GD and Jet Aviation policies.
  • Conduct business ethically according to GD Blue Book regulations, and applicable GD and Jet Aviation policies.



Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business aviation or related field from an accredited university or Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP) or10 years of relevant work experience in aircraft maintenance planning/fleet planning capacity
  • Comprehensive understanding ofAviationProgram Management objectives and their implications
  • Demonstratedcommercialunderstanding with the ability to deliver financial results
  • Comprehensive business aviation industry knowledge
  • Experience in managing mixed-level team of professionals, first line managers in an multicultural environment
  • Experience in setting standards and operational guidelines for Program/Project Management
  • Effectivecommunication skills for strong interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
