Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
As an ILS project leader, coordinates ILS team member assignments and builds and maintains the team's functional capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates strong leadership capability with in a team based environment
- Highly proficient knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements such as Product Support Management, Sustaining Engineering, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning, PHS&T, etc.
- Perform commercial-off-the-shelf software license procurement, tracking, renewal, reporting and budgeting
- Perform commercial hardware purchases, track customer property through receiving/shipping, storage, and perform annual inventory
- Coordinate quarterly operations training
- Perform limited technical writing to include procedure documentation
