Position Summary

At Jet Aviation, we are committed to delivering excellence in aircraft completions, modifications, and maintenance. As a Senior Aircraft Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing high-profile cabin completion projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule.

Your mission

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of aircraft cabin completion projects, ensuring they stay on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and suppliers, fostering seamless collaboration between departments.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing risks and ensuring accurate tracking through SAP and other systems.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cabin interior components.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by adhering to Part 145 and Part 21G regulations and working closely with aviation authorities (FOCA, EASA, FAA).
  • Coach and mentor your team, creating a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Enforce safety and quality standards in the cabin area, maintaining a secure and organized working environment.

Your profile

  • Completed technical apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years in the aviation industry preferably in aircraft completions or maintenance.
  • Proven experience managing teams and coordinating projects.
  • Strong understanding of Part 145, Part 21G, and aviation authorities (FOCA, EASA, FAA).
  • Familiarity with aviation documentation (AMM, SRM, IPC) and software tools like SAP, SmarTeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
