Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI wiht security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Systems Engineer, youll be a member of cross-functional hardware, software, and system design teams responsible for the realization of complex computing and communications systems. Youll contribute to CONOPS, requirements definition, system modeling, performance analysis, design, integration, test, and verification of these systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience with optical/RF communication systems.
- Understanding of SysML modeling principles.
- Experience dening system behavior and system structure.
- Experience verifying and validating system models.
- Experience with the design of complex systems and subsystems.
What sets you apart:
- Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle
- Ability to automate modeling tools for generation of deliverables such as test plans, ICDs, etc.
- Knowledge of MagicDraw and/or Cameo.
- Lab experience including use of electronic test equipment.
- Experience with optical systems is a plus.

Salary Note
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Combined Salary Range
USD $142,564.00 - USD $155,000.00 /Yr.
