Position Summary

At Jet Aviation, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality aviation services through talented people who share a passion for excellence. As a Project Scheduler, you will take the lead in managing key planning activities on a variety of projects, including completions and refurbishments. You will oversee project configuration, schedule planning, performance monitoring and internal stakeholder coordination during all phases of the project, from start to delivery. Your mission

  • Schedule management : Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are accurate and realistic.
  • Project delivery : Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical quality standards by closely monitoring progress and milestones.
  • Cross-functional coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive schedule adherence and costs.
  • Risk & opportunity management: Identify project risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Lead in a matrix organization: Lead or coordinate project aspects in a global matrix organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Your profile

  • Strong track-record in project management activities in global matrixed organization.
  • Expert understanding of Gantt charts - processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to build, develop, and reach goals.
  • Proficient in data analysis and dashboarding tools
  • Strong influencing and communication skills across all levels
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate knowledge in German and / or French is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience in Project Management Planning environment or master's degree
