Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager - Rotary Middle East is accountable for the sale and delivery of new and used aircraft into the marketplace that is mutually beneficial for Jet Aviation and Jet Aviation Customers, maintaining and championing the Jet Aviation reputation.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivering customer value and meeting customer expectations: 'On Time: On Budget: On Specification'
- Develop regional Jet Aviation Marketing Plans in collaboration with regional managers identifying
Sales Budget
External and Internal Industry and Trade Event opportunities
Short-Term and Long-Term growth opportunities
- Represent Bell Principle in the Middle East
- Develop and Execute Sales based on marketing plans to deliver Sales results for Middle East aligned to broader Middle East Objectives
- Responsible for negotiating Sales Agreements and delivering New Business Opportunities resulting in positive results for the Jet Aviation Group and Jet Aviation Customers
- Ongoing Relationship Management maintaining CRM's data for multiple directories and submission of reporting to agreed timelines
- Continual Network building to develop sales pipelines including representing Jet Aviation at Industry events
- Ongoing building of Jet Aviation product and services knowledge
- Ongoing research to develop market Intelligence covering competition, aviation industry and region, to be at the forefront of Industry and Market Trends to enable the identification of prioritisation of customers
- Accountable for the delivery of agreed conditions of Jet Aviation aircraft contracts
- Communicate to relevant Jet Aviation departments on business opportunities
- Preparation, forecasting and management of defined territory budgets for Aircraft Sales
- Business Travel as required
Minimum Requirements
- Proven Sales Track Record with a minimum 10 years Sales Experience in a Technical Sales role within a multicultural environment
- A broad range of experience with helicopter operations across multiple market segments
- Ideally a pilot or ex-pilot with Bell experience
- Regional Middle East experience
- Broad financial understanding
- Be able to meet and engage with C suite positions to build and nurture relationships
- Capability to build customer intelligence to reflect broad range client base
- Capability to build an extensive network to support sales pipeline
- Capability to be at the forefront of Industry and Market trends
- Complex Contract Negotiations skills for a highly compliant environment
