Preferred Experience Includes:

  • Proficiency in proposal development and pricing analysis, including cost estimation and pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Experience with program controls, including project scheduling, material management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of material planning concepts, inventory management, and supply chain processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying proposals, project status, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
  • Familiarity with government contracts and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems for material planning.


Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Provides administrative support to one or more corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple programs or sub-programs.
  • Assists programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.
  • Promotes the program throughout the organization and assists with tracking utilization.
  • Ensures that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.
  • Compiles statistics for reports and updates to management or other stakeholders.
  • Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Qualifications

  • Required Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
  • Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 5-7 years prior experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Project management skills.
  • Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
